Overview
The Free plan is designed to let you experience the core functionality of the Zillow Data Exporter. It's a great way to get started and see how the extension works for basic export needs without any cost.

The Free plan provides a limited set of features focused on single-page browser exports.
Export capabilities
- Extension exports per month: 50
- Maximum listings per file: 40 (one Zillow results page)
- Maximum fields per listing: 10
- Export format: CSV
- Live export progress: Included
Support
- Blog, guides, and documentation: Full access
What is not included?
To keep the plan free, several advanced features are not available. You will need to upgrade to a paid plan to access:
- Excel (
.xlsx) Extension exports and Cloud result formats such as Parquet (.parquet) and JSON (.json) - Multi-page Extension exports and advanced Extension options, such as column selection and duplicate removal
- Cloud jobs (Importer, Monitoring, Aggregator, and Fetcher), Google Sheets sync, and reusable templates
- Organization administration, including internal teams
- Priority support. Free users can still contact support, but paid requests are handled first.
Ready for more power? You can upgrade from Settings → Subscription → View plans in the web app. See Billing, plans, invoices, and Cloud credits for details. Organization administration is available only to existing subscribers on legacy Team or Enterprise plans.
