Cloud Credits

What Cloud credits are

Cloud credits pay for server-side processing in Cloud Importer, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Aggregator, and Cloud Fetcher. Because the work runs on PropertyDataLabs servers, you do not need to keep the browser open.

Eligible paid plans include a recurring allowance. Monthly plans add the monthly allowance each billing cycle, while yearly plans add the full annual allowance at the start of the annual billing cycle. The Dashboard and Settings → Subscription show the current balance. A completed result shows the credits actually used by that run.

How credits are used

• Basic Importer and Aggregator: one credit for each Zillow results page processed.
• Advanced Importer and Aggregator: one credit for each primary property processed.
• Fetcher: Advanced processing, one credit for each primary property processed.
• Monitoring: credits are used for properties processed in each monitoring snapshot.

Rental units contained within a primary building listing do not consume extra Advanced credits. Read Basic vs Advanced exports and Cloud run costs for maximum-cost calculations and worked examples.

For listing-based processing, a primary property uses a credit only when its data is successfully retrieved. A property that cannot be retrieved uses zero credits. Successfully retrieved properties can still contain empty fields when Zillow does not provide every value.

The creation review provides an estimate or explains that use is variable. Zillow result counts and available records can change, so the completed total is authoritative.

One-time credit packs

Eligible accounts can open Settings → Add-ons → View credit packs. The available packs currently range from 1,000 to 13,000 credits; use the in-app pack page as the source of truth for price and availability.

• The purchase is separate from the subscription.
• It does not renew automatically.
• Purchased credits do not expire.
• Credit-pack purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Checkout is handled by Paddle, and PropertyDataLabs does not store your card details.

Start with a smaller pack when the required volume is uncertain. You can add another pack later.

Basic and Advanced listings

Basic processing retains fields available from search results and is designed for higher-volume, lower-cost exports. Advanced processing also visits individual property pages and can retain more detailed listing, contact, ownership, media, tax, and property fields.

A supported field can still be empty when Zillow did not provide a value for that property.

Frequently asked questions

Do purchased credits expire?

No. Purchased credits remain available until they are used.

An active Cloud-enabled plan is required to start Cloud jobs. If the account later returns to Free or Basic, unused purchased credits remain on the account and can be used again after a Cloud-enabled subscription is active.

Do credit packs have a monthly fee?

No. A pack is a one-time purchase and does not alter the subscription billing period.

Can I refund unused credits?

No. Credit-pack purchases are non-refundable.

Does creating or editing a job use credits?

No. Credits are used when a run processes properties. Exporting a retained result creates a file but does not scrape the properties again.
