Create your first Cloud export

Create a manual Basic Importer job and review its completed result.

Goal

This tutorial creates a manual Cloud Importer job from one Zillow search. Manual scheduling and Basic depth make the first run easier to review and control.

Before you begin

You need an active Cloud-enabled plan and available Cloud credits. On Zillow, open a search-results page, apply a narrow location and filters, and copy the complete URL.

Create the job

  1. In PropertyDataLabs, open Cloud → Importer.
  2. Select Create new job.
  3. Name the job after its location and filters.
  4. Paste the Zillow search URL and choose the matching property type.
  5. Select Next.
  6. Choose Basic export type.
  7. Choose Manual run frequency.
  8. Leave Export all listings off for this first run.
  9. Under Automatic delivery, choose None — export manually for the simplest first run. Choose Google Sheets instead only when the account is already connected and you want the completed result uploaded automatically.
  10. If you selected Google Sheets, choose whether this run should create a new spreadsheet or add a new tab to a linked spreadsheet.
  11. Select Next, verify the review, and select Create job.

The job now exists, but no properties have been processed yet.

Run it

On the job page, verify that the export scope is the current page, delivery is correct, and the job is not recurring. Select Start job and confirm the action. The status changes while the server works. You can leave the page and return later.

Review the result

When the run completes, open its row menu and select View result. Check:

  • processed, successful, and failed counts;
  • credits used;
  • listing type and address data;
  • one property-detail page;
  • result insights, if available.

Use Export all properties when you want a file. Choose CSV (.csv), Excel (.xlsx), Parquet (.parquet), or JSON (.json) based on where you will use the result. The job can be run again later without being recreated.

If you selected Google Sheets, the completed result is uploaded there automatically and still remains available on this result page for manual export.
