Export your first Zillow results page
Create a single-page browser export with the Zillow Data Exporter Extension.
Before you begin
Install the Zillow Data Exporter and sign it in to your PropertyDataLabs account. If you have not done that yet, follow Overview, installation, and sign-in.
Export one page
- Open a Zillow search-results page for properties for sale, rent, or sold.
- Apply the Zillow location and filters you need.
- Select Page in the always-visible extension dock.
- Start the export. Free exports use the default fields and CSV; Basic and higher plans can customize the fields and file format.
- Keep the Zillow tab open while the Extension reads the visible results and prepares the file.
- Open the downloaded file and confirm the property count and columns.
Page processes only the current Zillow results page, which normally contains up to 40 listings. It counts as one Extension export regardless of how many listings appear on that page.
If the output is not what you expected
- Confirm that the Zillow page has finished loading, then refresh it and try again.
- On the Free plan, compare the output with the default fields and plan limits.
- On Basic and higher plans, check Dashboard for the file format and image-URL defaults, then check Export settings for the included fields.
- On Pro and higher plans, also check the selected export template.
- Read the Extension troubleshooting guide if no file is created.
When you need more than one results page, continue with Export all pages.
