Export your first Zillow results page
Create a single-page browser export with the Zillow Data Exporter Extension.
Before you begin
Install the Zillow Data Exporter and sign it in to your PropertyDataLabs account. If you have not done that yet, follow Overview, installation, and sign-in.
Export one page
- Open a Zillow search-results page for properties for sale, rent, or sold.
- Apply the Zillow location and filters you need.
- Select Page in the always-visible extension dock.
- Review the columns and output options, then start the export.
- Keep the Zillow tab open while the Extension reads the visible results and prepares the file.
- Open the downloaded file and confirm the property count and columns.
Page processes only the current Zillow results page, which normally contains up to 40 listings. It counts as one Extension export regardless of how many listings appear on that page.
If the output is not what you expected
- Confirm that the Zillow page has finished loading, then refresh it and try again.
- Check Dashboard for the file format and image-URL defaults.
- Check Export settings or the selected template for the included fields.
- Read the Extension troubleshooting guide if no file is created.
When you need more than one results page, continue with Export all pages.
