Export all Zillow results pages

Plan and search limits

The dock's All export is available on Basic and higher plans. Zillow exposes at most 20 results pages, usually with up to 40 listings per page, so one browser export can contain up to approximately 800 listings.

Choose the starting page

Open Settings in the extension dock, then select Export workflow → Page navigation:

• First page returns to the first results page and exports from the beginning of the search.
• Current page starts from the page currently open and continues to the final available page.

Run the export

1. Open the Zillow search and apply the location and filters you need.
2. Narrow a very broad search before starting if you do not need all available listings.
3. Select All in the always-visible extension dock.
4. Review and confirm the export options.
5. Keep the Zillow tab open while the extension moves through the pages.
6. Wait for the completion message and file download before navigating away.

One All action counts as one extension export. It does not use Cloud credits because the work runs in the browser. Use a Cloud Importer job when the export should continue after the browser closes or should run on a schedule.
