Zillow Data Exporter and your PropertyDataLabs account
Understand how the browser Extension, web app, account, and subscription work together.
Zillow Data Exporter is the PropertyDataLabs browser Extension
Zillow Data Exporter is the name of the browser Extension made by PropertyDataLabs. The Extension and the PropertyDataLabs web app are parts of the same service and use the same PropertyDataLabs account.
What each name refers to

The different names do not mean that you need separate accounts, subscriptions, or payments.
One account and subscription
Use your PropertyDataLabs email address and account to access both the Extension and the web app.
- If you already have a PropertyDataLabs account, do not create another account for Zillow Data Exporter.
- A subscription purchased through PropertyDataLabs controls the paid Extension and Cloud features available to that account.
- Extension export allowances and Cloud credits are separate forms of usage, but both are associated with the same account and plan.
- Profile, password, email-preference, and security changes are managed through the PropertyDataLabs web app.
When the Extension asks you to sign in, select Continue via website. The PropertyDataLabs website confirms the account and returns you to the Extension. If a new plan or account change is not visible immediately, close and reopen the Extension menu or sign in again to refresh it.
What happens in the Extension and web app
Use Zillow Data Exporter when you are viewing Zillow and want an immediate browser export. Use the PropertyDataLabs web app to:
- manage the account and subscription;
- create and review Cloud Importer, Monitoring, Aggregator, and Fetcher jobs;
- manage export templates and Google Sheets connections;
- review Extension backups and export history;
- adjust security and email preferences;
- search documentation or contact support.
The Extension remains useful on its own. You only need a Cloud workflow when you want server-side processing, more detailed property data, scheduling, monitoring, or automatic delivery.
Your Zillow account is separate
A PropertyDataLabs account is not a Zillow account. You may need to sign in to Zillow separately to access Zillow features such as saved properties. PropertyDataLabs does not need your Zillow password and does not sign you in to Zillow.
