Dashboard
Review your extension defaults, monthly export allowance, and Cloud credit balance.
The Dashboard is the first page shown when you open Settings from the extension dock. It gives you a quick view of the settings and account limits that affect your next export.
Open the Dashboard
- Open a supported Zillow page.
- Select Settings in the extension dock.
- Select Dashboard in the primary navigation.
The settings panel can be closed without hiding the dock.
What the Dashboard shows
Account and export notices
The top of the Dashboard may show a notice when:
- you are not signed in;
- an export is in progress;
- your monthly extension export allowance has been reached; or
- your account requires attention.
Organization owners and administrators may also see organization-specific shortcuts.
Quick export defaults
These defaults are used when a compatible export template is not selected.

An export template can override the file format and image behavior for its property type.
Capacity & usage
The Extension export usage card shows:
- exports used in the current billing period;
- your plan allowance;
- the date or number of days until the allowance resets; and
- whether an export is currently running.
The Cloud credits card shows the credits available for Cloud features. Cloud credits and Cloud actions require Pro or higher.

Annual subscriptions receive the corresponding annual Cloud credit allocation.
Navigation and account controls

| Give feedback | Opens the feedback page on the PropertyDataLabs website. |
| Account avatar | Opens account, billing, notification, upgrade, and log-out actions as applicable. |
| Open or close menu | Shows or hides the settings panel. The dock remains visible. |
The secondary sidebar shows the pages within the selected area and can be collapsed to icons. Its bottom card shows extension usage, the reset date for finite plans, plan or billing warnings, and an upgrade action when applicable.
The header contains breadcrumbs, the theme control, notifications, and Contact support.
Notifications are available on Basic and higher plans. Extension status is available to every signed-in user.
