Cloud Importer
Create and manage larger or recurring Zillow import jobs from the extension.
Cloud Importer runs Zillow jobs in the Cloud instead of keeping the browser export active. After a job starts, you can close Zillow or the browser while it continues. It requires a Pro or higher plan and consumes Cloud credits.
All jobs
The jobs page shows your Cloud Importer jobs and their current state. Depending on the job state and your permissions, you can:
- start a job;
- edit its configuration;
- open its results on the web;
- archive or restore it;
- delete it; and
- refresh the list.
Use the table controls to search, filter, and choose visible columns.
Create a job
Select Create new job and complete the three steps:
- Basic information: provide a Zillow search-results URL, job name, and property type. You can load these values from the Zillow page currently open.
- Export options: choose Basic or Advanced data, a manual or recurring schedule, first-page or all-remaining-page coverage, and one delivery method. Rental jobs can also export every building unit.
- Review: confirm the source, starting page, expected coverage, schedule, and estimated credit usage.
Recurring schedules can run hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
Choose a delivery method
Only one method can be selected:
- None — export manually keeps each completed result in your PropertyDataLabs account.
- Google Sheets uploads each completed result to Google Sheets and requires a connected Google account.
- Email sends each completed result as a CSV (
.csv) file to your verified PropertyDataLabs account email. Large results remain available from the secure result page.
With Google Sheets selected, choose whether each run creates a new spreadsheet or adds a new tab to a linked spreadsheet. Use Update Google Sheets fields on the saved job to control the columns and order used by future uploads.
Google Sheets and Email cannot be enabled together. Whichever method you choose, the completed result remains available in your account for manual export. You can therefore download it again if an email is deleted or inaccessible, Google Sheets is disconnected, or access to the destination spreadsheet is lost.
Before confirmation, review the estimated listing volume and Cloud credit requirement. The final credit usage depends on the work completed by the job.
Edit a job
Open an existing job to update its source, job name, property type, export type, coverage, schedule, rental-unit behavior, or delivery options. Some actions are unavailable while a job or one of its results is in progress.
When Email is enabled, select Update email fields on the job page to choose and reorder the columns used in the emailed CSV. Those settings affect email files only; the retained result still contains the data available for later manual exports. Switching away from Email removes the email-specific field configuration because it is no longer needed.
Basic and Advanced Cloud exports
- Basic exports cost an estimated one Cloud credit per 40 listings.
- Advanced exports include the Basic data points plus additional property data and cost an estimated one Cloud credit per listing.
The actual fields returned depend on what is available for each property.
