Create an Importer job

Before you begin

Open the Zillow search you want to export and apply its location, listing type, price, and other filters. Copy the complete URL from the browser address bar. A property-detail URL is not valid for Importer; use Cloud Fetcher for individual listing URLs.

Step 1: Name and source

1. Open Cloud → Importer.
2. Select Create new job.
3. Enter a name that describes the location and filters, such as Sarasota homes under $500K.
4. Paste the Zillow search URL.
5. Select the matching property type.
6. Select Next.

The name is only for your account. Changing it does not change the search.

Step 2: Import options

Choose the settings for future runs:

• Export type — Basic: search-result fields, charged at one credit for each Zillow results page processed.
• Export type — Advanced: Basic fields plus property-page details, charged at one credit for each primary listing processed.
• Run frequency: Manual, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
• Export all listings: off exports the current or first search-results page; on follows the available result pages.
• Automatic delivery: choose manual export, Google Sheets, or Email. A job can use only one delivery method at a time.

Select List of exported data points to inspect the fields associated with the selected depth. A field can still be empty when Zillow does not provide it for a listing.

Choose a delivery method

These choices are mutually exclusive: select either Google Sheets or Email, not both. Select None — export manually when you do not want automatic delivery.

When Google Sheets is selected, choose whether each run creates a new spreadsheet or adds a new tab to a linked spreadsheet. After creating the job, use Update Google Sheets fields to choose and reorder the columns used in future uploads. Existing spreadsheets are not rewritten.

Step 3: Review and create

The review page summarizes the source, property type, result coverage, export type, schedule, and estimated credit use. Check these carefully, especially Export all listings, because a broad search can process far more properties than the first page.

Select Create job to save the configuration. Creating the job does not run it. On the new job page, select Start job only when you are ready to consume credits and create a result.

When Email is selected, the new job starts with a default CSV field configuration. Open the job and select Update email fields to choose and reorder the CSV columns and adjust the email-specific export options. These settings affect the emailed CSV only; they do not remove data from the retained result or restrict later manual exports.
