Share Cloud results with Pro
Create reusable links or private email invitations for Cloud results and properties on Pro.
Goal
Share a completed Cloud result or property as a read-only page without sending the exported file itself. Pro links can remain active for up to seven days.
Before you begin
You need an active Pro or higher plan and a retained result from Cloud Importer, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Aggregator, or Cloud Fetcher. Sharing does not start another Cloud job or consume credits.
Share with anyone who has the link
- Open the Cloud result or property.
- Select Share result or Share property.
- Under General access, choose Anyone with the link.
- Open Share settings and choose whether viewers can download the shared data.
- Confirm the expiration. Pro links can expire sooner than seven days, but not later.
- Select Copy link and send it through your preferred channel.
The same active general link is returned whenever you reopen the sharing dialog and select Copy link. It remains reusable until you restrict general access, replace the link, revoke the share, or the share expires.
Invite specific people
- Open the sharing dialog.
- Under General access, choose Restricted.
- Enter a recipient's email address and select Send invite.
- Repeat for each person who needs access.
Each recipient receives a private link that expires after seven days or when the share expires, whichever happens first. A share can have up to 20 active invitation recipients. You can resend or revoke each invitation without affecting other recipients.
Manage access
Open Cloud → Shared results to review active, expired, and revoked shares.
- Restrict general access disables the general link while leaving active recipient invitations available.
- Replace link invalidates the current general link and creates a replacement.
- Revoke share immediately disables every general link, invitation, and active viewer session.
Shared pages never let viewers change the source job, result, or property. For longer expiration, password protection, access counts, and a company name on the shared page, see Share Cloud results with Ultra.
