Share Cloud results with Pro

Goal

Share a completed Cloud result or property as a read-only page without sending the exported file itself. Pro links can remain active for up to seven days.

Before you begin

You need access to Pro features and a retained result from Cloud Importer, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Aggregator, or Cloud Fetcher. Sharing does not start another Cloud job or consume credits.

Share with anyone who has the link

1. Open the Cloud result or property.
2. Select Share result or Share property.
3. Under General access, choose Anyone with the link.
4. Open Share settings and choose whether viewers can download the shared data.
5. Confirm the expiration. Pro links can expire sooner than seven days, but not later.
6. Select Copy link and send it through your preferred channel.

The same active general link is returned whenever you reopen the sharing dialog and select Copy link. It remains reusable until you restrict general access, replace the link, revoke the share, or the share expires.

Invite specific people

1. Open the sharing dialog.
2. Under General access, choose Restricted.
3. Enter a recipient's email address and select Send invite.
4. Repeat for each person who needs access.

Each recipient receives a private link that expires after seven days or when the share expires, whichever happens first. A share can have up to 20 active invitation recipients. You can resend or revoke each invitation without affecting other recipients.

The invitation grants access through its link, so anyone it is forwarded to can also use it while it remains active. Recipients do not need a PropertyDataLabs account.

Viewer downloads

Downloads are off by default. Enable Allow downloads in Share settings to offer CSV and JSON downloads from the shared page. Shared-result downloads support up to 10,000 rows. For a larger result, export the file from your account and share that file separately.

Manage access

Open Cloud → Shared results to review active, expired, and revoked shares.

• Restrict general access disables the general link while leaving active recipient invitations available.
• Replace link on Cloud → Shared results invalidates the current general link and creates a replacement. Copy the replacement from the confirmation shown on that page.
• Revoke share immediately disables every general link, invitation, and active viewer session.
