Edit and manage an Importer job

Edit a job

1. Open Cloud → Importer.
2. Open the job, or open its row menu and select Edit job.
3. Move through the same three steps used during creation.
4. Review the updated configuration and save it.

Editing changes future runs only. Existing result records keep the source data, export depth, and credit use captured when those runs completed.

Common changes

• Update Job name to make the job easier to identify.
• Replace Search URL after changing filters on Zillow.
• Change Export type when you need a different level of detail.
• Change Run frequency to move between manual and automatic runs.
• Turn Export all listings on or off to change search coverage.
• Change Automatic delivery between None — export manually, Google Sheets, and Email.

When replacing the URL, confirm that the selected property type still matches the Zillow search.

Change delivery methods

A job can have only one automatic delivery destination. Google Sheets and Email cannot be enabled together.

• Choose None — export manually to keep results in your account without sending them automatically.
• Choose Google Sheets to upload future completed results to the connected Google account.
• Choose Email to send future completed results as CSV (.csv) files to your verified PropertyDataLabs account email.

Changing the delivery method affects future runs only. Previously retained results remain available on their result pages for manual export. This means you can recover the data even if an email is deleted, an inbox becomes unavailable, Google Sheets is disconnected, or access to the destination spreadsheet is lost.

When Email is enabled, use Update email fields on the job page to choose and reorder the columns in the emailed CSV. Switching away from Email removes that email-specific field configuration because it is no longer needed. Enabling Email again creates a fresh default configuration.

When Google Sheets is enabled, use Update Google Sheets fields to configure future spreadsheet columns. The Google Sheets action menu can link or change the destination document, unlink it, or stop future uploads. Switching to manual or Email delivery does not delete spreadsheets already created in Google Drive.

Other job actions

• Start job creates a new result and consumes credits.
• View job results opens the result history.
• Copy job URL copies the job's internal PropertyDataLabs URL for your own reference.
• Go to job URL opens the configured Zillow search.
• Archive job removes the job from normal active use without presenting it as an active job.
• Delete job permanently removes the job after confirmation and may remove associated data.

Use archive when you may need the configuration or history again. Use delete only when the data is no longer needed.
