Extension status
Check current extension issues and service notices.
Extension status reports known issues that may affect exports or connected features. It is available to every signed-in user.
Status information
The page shows:
- the number of current known issues;
- a description of each issue when one is active; or
- No issues found when no known issue is affecting the extension.
Status updates are refreshed by the extension. If an export is failing and no issue is listed, use Contact support in the settings header and include the Zillow page and export type involved.
Signed-out users are prompted to log in before viewing status details.
