Export workflow
Configure page navigation, delivery, export history, and duplicate prevention.
Export workflow settings control how the extension moves through Zillow results, delivers completed files, and handles previously exported listings.
Open Settings from the dock, then select Export workflow.

Settings are saved for future exports. Changes do not alter files that have already been created.
Export the current page or a selection
Use Export page for the current Zillow results page and Export pages to collect multiple pages from the starting point configured in Page navigation.
The Preview control opens Property research so you can capture the current results page, select rows, and download or copy a selection. Preview does not navigate through search pages. Selection exports apply your duplicate-prevention settings and export allowance, and downloads are saved locally. Google Sheets delivery and server export history apply to the existing immediate export workflow.

Navigating away from Zillow or closing the active tab can interrupt an export.
