Export workflow
Control how the extension navigates Zillow, delivers files, records history, and prevents duplicates.
Overview
Export Workflow contains settings that apply across property types. These controls affect how an export runs and where its results go; they do not change which property fields are included.
Page navigation
Page Navigation controls how Export all pages traverses Zillow results:
- Starting point chooses whether an export begins on page one or the current page.
- Page navigation enables the extension to continue through additional result pages.
- Navigation delay adjusts the wait between pages when a slower pace is needed.
- Scroll to listing controls whether each listing is brought into view during collection.
Delivery & history
Delivery & History controls Google Sheets delivery, local file downloads, and whether export metadata is saved to your PropertyDataLabs account.
At least one file destination must remain enabled so a completed export is not discarded.
Duplicate prevention
Duplicate Prevention can exclude listings exported during a recent hour, day, week, or month. Its reset action clears the history used by this filter so those properties can be exported again.
These settings are separate from Export settings, which controls templates, file defaults, and the fields included for each property type.
