Export a single listing and its photos
Choose detailed property fields, download CSV or Excel, and optionally save listing photos as a ZIP.
Before you begin
Sign in to the Extension with an account that has Pro access: Pro, Ultra, Solo Lifetime, or an eligible legacy plan. A successful property-data export uses one Cloud credit, rather than an Extension export. Solo Lifetime includes no credits; buy a credit pack before starting.
This workflow reads a supported individual Zillow property or rental-building page. To export search results or Saved Homes, use Export page or Preview instead.
Export listing data
- Open the Zillow listing and wait for it to load.
- Select Export listing beside Zillow's listing actions. This is separate from Export page in the dock.
- Keep the page open while the Extension loads the listing details. The page may scroll during this preparation.
- In Export this listing, add fields from Available columns and remove any you do not need from Selected columns. Search either list to find a field, and drag selected columns into the order you want in the spreadsheet.
- Choose CSV or Excel. Optionally enable Remove empty columns or Include all image URLs.
- Select Export listing in the dialog and keep the page open until the download finishes.
These choices apply only to this listing. They do not change your search-page export settings or templates. The dialog starts with CSV and a small set of default fields; add the detail fields you need before exporting.
The available columns depend on the listing type. A field can be selected even when Zillow has no value for that property, so the file may contain blanks.
Include listing photos
Turn on Include photos in the export dialog to download available listing photos as a separate
.zip file alongside the property-data file. This is part of the same listing export; there is no
separate photo credit charge.
Include all image URLs adds image links to the spreadsheet. It does not download the photos. The ZIP contains photos the Extension can find and download from the page; it may contain fewer images than Zillow's full gallery.
If the export is unavailable
- If Export listing is missing, refresh the supported listing page and check that the Extension is enabled and up to date.
- If an upgrade prompt appears, check your plan access.
- If the credit-pack prompt appears, check your Cloud credit balance.
- If no data file is created, follow Extension troubleshooting.
