Refunds and eligibility

Understand subscription and Solo Lifetime refund eligibility, request steps, and processing timelines.

PropertyDataLabs subscriptions, subscription renewals, and Solo Lifetime purchases are refundable within a limited window. Cloud Credit packs follow different rules.

The Refund Policy is the source of truth

This page explains the policy in practical terms. Read the complete Refund Policy for the authoritative conditions and the latest policy update.

Refund rules at a glance

  • Subscription purchases and renewals: Eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of the exact transaction time.
  • Solo Lifetime: Eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. Use Request refund in the Solo Lifetime section of the Billing page.
  • Subscription refunds: Cancel the subscription first, then use Request refund in the Refunds section of the Billing page while the latest payment is still within the refund window.
  • Subscriptions after 7 days: A self-service refund is no longer available. A limited exception may be considered for verified non-use.
  • Solo Lifetime after 7 days: Not eligible under the standard refund window.
  • Cloud Credit packs: Final and non-refundable.
  • Processing time: Paddle may take up to 24 hours to approve a request. After approval, the original payment method usually receives the funds within 5 to 10 business days.

Request a subscription refund within 7 days

  1. Open Settings → Billing and plans.
  2. If the subscription is still active, select Cancel plan and complete the Paddle cancellation window.
  3. Return to Billing. Find the Refunds section and confirm that the most recent payment is marked Eligible. If the cancellation has not appeared yet, refresh the page.
  4. Select Request refund.
  5. Review the order number, amount, and warning in the confirmation window.
  6. Type claim my refund, then select Claim refund.
  7. Check your email for confirmation after Paddle approves the refund.

Cancelling stops renewal. It does not submit a refund request or extend the seven-day refund window.

What happens after approval

  • The refunded subscription ends and will not renew.
  • Features associated with the refunded subscription are removed. A separate active entitlement, such as Solo Lifetime, remains available. Without one, the account returns to the Free plan.
  • The refund is sent to the original payment method.
  • The bank or card provider controls when the funds appear. PropertyDataLabs cannot expedite this part of the process.

For a Solo Lifetime refund, the lifetime license becomes inactive. Any separate eligible subscription or organization access remains unchanged. Without either, the account remains on the Free plan. Cloud credits purchased separately remain on the account because credit packs are a separate, non-refundable purchase, and can be used only while the account has eligible Cloud access.

Subscription requests made after 7 days

A subscription purchase or renewal older than 7 calendar days is not eligible for a self-service refund. PropertyDataLabs may consider a refund for the most recent subscription charge when all of the following apply:

  • the request is made within 30 days of the transaction;
  • the account had zero usage during that billing period; and
  • the customer has not previously received this one-time courtesy.

Zero usage means there were no logins, API calls, data access, or other interactions with paid features during the billing period. PropertyDataLabs uses its system logs to determine usage. This exception is reviewed at PropertyDataLabs' discretion and a refund is not guaranteed.

To request this review, contact PropertyDataLabs support using the email address associated with the account.

Solo Lifetime

  1. Open Settings → Billing and plans.
  2. In the Solo Lifetime section, select Request refund while the purchase is eligible.
  3. Review the order number, amount, and effect on your account access.
  4. Type claim my refund, then select Claim refund.

The license stays active while Paddle reviews the request. No cancellation step is needed for a one-time license. You can also contact support from the licensed email address and include the Paddle order reference when available.

The verified full refund ends lifetime access. Refund processing and bank timelines are the same as for an approved subscription refund.

Cloud Credit packs

Cloud Credit packs are non-refundable. Purchased Cloud Credits do not expire, so start with a smaller pack when the required export volume is uncertain.

If a refund is missing or you need help

Allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to reach the original payment method. If the refund has been approved but is still missing after that period, contact the bank or card provider first because it controls the final processing time.

For an eligibility question, an error on the Billing page, or another unresolved billing issue, contact support before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.
