Learn about the features and limitations of the Basic plan offered by PropertyDataLabs.
Overview
The Basic plan is for individual users who need larger, more configurable browser Extension exports but do not need server-side Cloud jobs.
Price: $13 per month when billed yearly ($156 per year), or $29 when billed monthly.
Key features and limits
The Basic plan includes everything in the Free plan, plus the following major upgrades:
Extension export capabilities
- Extension exports per month: 300
- Maximum listings per file: 800 (up to Zillow's 20-page search-results limit)
- Maximum fields per listing: Up to 40
- Export formats: CSV and Excel (
.xlsx) - Multi-page exports: Included
- Accelerated export speed: Included
- Column selection and ordering: Included
- Remove empty columns: Included
- Remove duplicate listings: Included
- Rental unit data and all listing image URLs: Included
Support
- Standard email support: Included
- Refund window: Eligible subscription purchases and renewals can be refunded within seven calendar days. See Refunds and eligibility.
What is not included?
The Basic plan is focused on providing the best in-browser export experience. It does not include:
- Cloud result formats such as Parquet (
.parquet) and JSON (.json), or Advanced Cloud exports - Cloud jobs (Importer, Monitoring, Aggregator, and Fetcher), Google Sheets sync, export history, and reusable templates
- Organization administration, including internal teams
For advanced export and Cloud features, consider upgrading to the Pro plan. Organization administration is available only to existing subscribers on legacy Team or Enterprise plans.
