The Team plan is no longer open for new registrations or subscriptions and does not appear as an option for new customers. Existing Team subscriptions remain supported, and this page is provided for those subscribers.
Overview
The Team plan supports small real estate agencies and professional teams that need to share a PropertyDataLabs organization. Existing Team subscribers retain their Team subscription and its organization features.
The legacy price is $159 per month when billed yearly ($1,908 per year) or $349 when billed monthly.
Features and limits
The Team plan includes every feature in Ultra, plus organization administration and the following Team allowances:
Cloud platform
- Monthly billing allowance: 25,000 Cloud credits added each monthly billing cycle
- Yearly billing allowance: 300,000 Cloud credits added each annual billing cycle
- Extension exports: Unlimited
- Cloud jobs: Cloud Importer, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Aggregator, and Cloud Fetcher
- Destinations: File downloads, Google Sheets, and Cloud Importer CSV delivery by email
- Cloud result formats: CSV, Excel (
.xlsx), Parquet (.parquet), and JSON (.json)
Organization management
- Organization members: Up to 10 people, including the organization owner
- Member invitations: Owners and admins can invite and remove members
- Roles: Owner, admin, and member permissions
- Shared organization features: Members can use the organization's eligible Cloud and extension features

Before changing a Team subscription
The Team plan cannot be selected from the current plan comparison screen. If you have an existing Team subscription, contact support@propertydatalabs.com before changing or cancelling it so you can understand how the change will affect organization members, credits, and feature access.
New customers who need the highest available individual Cloud allowance can review the Ultra plan. The Ultra plan does not include the organization features available on the Team plan.
