Solo Lifetime
Understand the one-user lifetime license, included features, Cloud credits, and refund terms.
Overview
Solo Lifetime is a one-time purchase for an individual PropertyDataLabs account. It provides unlimited browser Extension exports, the current personal Pro web and Extension features, Agent API and MCP access, and every future Extension update. There is no recurring Solo Lifetime fee.
The license is tied to the email address used for the purchase. It is for one user and cannot be transferred to another person or email address. It does not include Team, organization-management, Enterprise, or Ultra-only features.
Pricing stages
Solo Lifetime uses a license-count ladder rather than a time-limited promotion:
- the first 50 completed licenses cost $199 each;
- licenses 51 through 100 cost $249 each; and
- later licenses cost $299 each.
Taxes can change the checkout total. The Pricing page shows the current stage, available license count, and Paddle checkout amount before purchase. The count does not restart after a slow month.
Included access
- Unlimited browser Extension exports, with the same personal export capabilities as Pro
- Current personal Pro web features, including Cloud job access, export templates, Google Sheets delivery, and Extension export history
- Agent API and MCP credentials for supported clients
- Every future Extension update
- Standard email support
Solo Lifetime can be offered to a Free account or an account whose previous paid subscription has ended. An account that already has a Solo Lifetime purchase record cannot buy a second license.
Cloud credits
Solo Lifetime includes zero Cloud credits. Cloud jobs run on PropertyDataLabs servers and have direct processing costs, so a Lifetime owner must have separately purchased credits before starting a run. One-time Cloud credit packs do not expire and do not change the lifetime license.
Reading existing Cloud results, using documentation tools, and supported Agent API or MCP read operations do not add a recurring credit allowance. Starting a Cloud job still requires enough credits for the run.
Read Cloud Credits for purchase, usage, and refund rules.
Billing and refunds
The Billing page lists Solo Lifetime separately from any recurring subscription. A lifetime license has no renewal date, billing cycle, cancellation action, or recurring payment method. Its one-time order appears in payment history.
A Solo Lifetime purchase is eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days. Reply to the purchase email or contact support from the licensed email address to request it. A completed full refund ends the Solo Lifetime entitlement. Any separate subscription remains unchanged; without one, the account remains on the Free plan. Cloud credits bought separately remain on the account and are still non-refundable.
Read Refunds and eligibility for processing timelines and the authoritative policy link.
Solo Lifetime and a later subscription
The lifetime license and a recurring subscription are separate billing relationships. Buying a subscription later does not replace or extend the lifetime license. The subscription can add its own recurring Cloud-credit allowance and any features above the personal Pro level. Cancelling that subscription does not remove an active Solo Lifetime license.
