There is one owner. Invitations can assign only Member or Admin.
Owner
The owner controls the organization lifecycle and subscription. The owner's Cloud credit balance is the source used for manual transfers and automatic allocations to other members. The owner cannot leave or remove themselves; ending the organization requires permanent organization deletion.
Admin
An admin can manage day-to-day membership, teams, usage, and credit allocation. An admin can update or remove a Member, but cannot change or remove the owner or another admin. Admins can leave the organization themselves.
Because admins can invite people and distribute credits, grant this role only to people who should manage organization access and balances.
Member
A member receives the eligible paid features inherited from the owner's organization subscription. Members can view the directory and use their own assigned Cloud credit balance, but cannot manage invitations, teams, credit automation, organization reporting, billing, or organization settings.
Change a role
- Open Organization → Members.
- Find the person and open the action menu at the end of the row.
- Select Update user role.
- Choose Member or Admin and confirm.
The new permissions take effect for that account after the update. Changing a role does not move credits or delete the user's jobs and results.
