Create an organization

Before you start

You need a subscription with organization access and an account that is not already a member of another organization. One account can belong to only one organization at a time.

If your account already has an organization, opening Organization takes you directly to its General page. You do not need to create another one.

Create the organization

1. Select Organization in the left navigation.
2. If your eligible account has no organization, the creation window opens automatically.
3. Enter a recognizable organization name between 5 and 50 characters.
4. Confirm the creation.

The account that creates the organization becomes its owner. An organization has one owner; the owner role cannot be assigned from the invitation form.

Configure the General page

Open Organization → General after creation.

• Your organization name is shown to invited users and in organization emails. Only the owner can change it.
• Organization owner shows the owner's contact email and provides a copy button.
• Delete organization is available only to the owner and permanently removes the organization.

Choose a name that invited users will recognize before sending invitations.
