Choose which pages to include
An all-pages export can begin at the first Zillow results page or the page you are currently viewing. This setting requires Basic or higher, because it controls the dock's All action. On Free, use Page to export only the current page.
For example, suppose your search has ten pages and you are viewing page three:
| Starting point | Pages included |
|---|---|
| Page 1 | Pages 1–10 |
| Current page | Pages 3–10 |
Use Page 1 when you want the available search results from the beginning. Use Current page when you deliberately want to continue forward from your current position. It does not retrieve earlier pages or automatically detect where a previous export stopped.
Change the setting
- Open your Zillow search and sign the extension in to your PropertyDataLabs account.
- Select Settings in the extension dock.
- Open Export workflow → Page navigation.
- Choose Page 1 or Current page as the starting point.
- Return to the search and select All. Review the options and start the export.
- Keep the Zillow tab open until the export completes and your file downloads.
The setting applies to future all-pages exports. It does not change files you already downloaded. The current Page navigation reference also explains delay and scrolling settings; keep the recommended settings unless you are troubleshooting a loading issue.
Check the result
Open the exported file and confirm that it contains the listings you intended to include. Starting on a later page normally produces fewer rows. Zillow exposes at most 20 result pages, usually with up to 40 listings each, so even a first-page export is limited to approximately 800 listings.
If Page 1 still produces fewer rows than expected, check whether duplicate prevention skipped recently exported listings. Zillow search results can also change between runs, so page numbers are not a permanent record of which properties you have collected.
