PropertyDataLabs is a suite of tools for exporting property listings from Zillow. Zillow Data Exporter runs in your browser and exports listings to CSV or Excel. The Cloud platform handles larger exports and monitoring without requiring you to keep your browser open, with Parquet and JSON available for supported job results.
No. PropertyDataLabs is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zillow, Inc. Zillow and Zestimate are registered trademarks of Zillow, Inc.
PropertyDataLabs provides software and processing services rather than a standalone property-data marketplace. The extension processes information available in your browser. Cloud workflows use specialist third-party collection providers, with Bright Data as the primary provider, before PropertyDataLabs structures and exports the returned information.
Zillow may temporarily limit access when many listings are exported in a short period. If that happens, pause your exports and try again later.
You can use exported data for property research, market analysis, lead organization, and internal workflows. You are responsible for following Zillow's terms and any laws that apply to your use of the data.

The extension runs locally while you browse Zillow and creates a file when you start an export. Cloud Importer runs on PropertyDataLabs servers from a Zillow search URL, so larger jobs can continue after you close your browser.
A Basic cloud export returns a standard set of fields and costs one credit per page, or roughly 40 listings. An Advanced export returns a broader set of fields and costs one credit per listing.
An empty field means the data was not available on the Zillow listing page. We extract the data Zillow provides for each property, but cannot guarantee that every field is populated for every listing.
