The short answer
You can turn information from supported Zillow pages into structured files, but Zillow does not provide a general-purpose bulk download for every search and workflow. The right method depends on how much information you need, which fields matter, and whether you want the work to continue after you close your browser.
PropertyDataLabs provides two main paths:

Option 1: Export from your browser
Zillow Data Exporter is a Chrome extension. You open a supported Zillow page, choose the fields you need, and start the export from the extension.
The extension processes information available in your browser and can create CSV or Excel (.xlsx)
files. It is the simplest option when you want a quick spreadsheet from the page you are already
viewing.
The Free plan lets you try the core workflow. Paid extension plans add higher limits and additional features for people who need to export more often.
Option 2: Use a Cloud workflow
PropertyDataLabs Cloud tools are designed for work that should run independently of your open browser session. You submit a supported Zillow URL, and the requested job continues on PropertyDataLabs infrastructure.
PropertyDataLabs does not operate its own web-collection network for these jobs. It sends the requested URLs to specialist third-party collection providers, with Bright Data as the primary provider, then structures and stores the information returned for your result.
Depending on the Cloud tool and result type, exports can support CSV, Excel, JSON, Parquet, or Google Sheets delivery. Cloud workflows also support use cases such as larger imports, additional property fields, recurring collection, and property monitoring.

You can start with the extension and move to Cloud only when the extra automation or detail becomes useful. The extension remains a complete option for lightweight workflows.
Availability and access can change
No export tool can guarantee that every field or page will always remain available. Source websites change page structures, data availability, and access controls. Individual property records can also be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
A browser extension and a hosted collection provider use different technical workflows, but neither approach guarantees uninterrupted access or decides whether a particular use complies with applicable terms and laws.
