# Refunds and eligibility

PropertyDataLabs subscriptions and subscription renewals are refundable within a limited window.
One-time purchases, including Cloud Credit packs, follow different rules.

**The Refund Policy is the source of truth**

This page explains the policy in practical terms. Read the complete
[Refund Policy](/legal/refund-policy) for the authoritative conditions and the latest policy
  update.

## Refund rules at a glance

* **Subscription purchases and renewals:** Eligible for a full refund within **7 calendar days** of
  the exact transaction time.
* **How to request an eligible refund:** Use **Request refund** in the Refunds section of the
  Billing page.
* **After 7 days:** A self-service refund is no longer available. A limited exception may be
  considered for verified non-use.
* **Cloud Credit packs and other one-time add-ons:** Final and non-refundable.
* **Processing time:** Paddle may take up to 24 hours to approve a request. After approval, the
original payment method usually receives the funds within **5 to 10 business days**.

## Request a subscription refund within 7 days

1. Open [Settings → Billing](/account/settings/billing).
2. Find the **Refunds** section and confirm that the most recent payment is marked **Eligible**.
3. Select **Request refund**.
4. Review the order number, amount, and warning in the confirmation window.
5. Type **claim my refund**, then select **Claim refund**.
6. Check your email for confirmation after Paddle approves the refund.

## What happens after approval

* The account is immediately downgraded to the Free plan.
* The refunded subscription is cancelled and will not renew.
* Premium features associated with the refunded subscription are removed.
* The refund is sent to the original payment method.
* The bank or card provider controls when the funds appear. PropertyDataLabs cannot expedite this
  part of the process.

## Requests made after 7 days

A purchase or renewal older than 7 calendar days is not eligible for a self-service refund.
PropertyDataLabs may consider a refund for the most recent charge when all of the following apply:

* the request is made within 30 days of the transaction;
* the account had zero usage during that billing period; and
* the customer has not previously received this one-time courtesy.

Zero usage means there were no logins, API calls, data access, or other interactions with paid
features during the billing period. PropertyDataLabs uses its system logs to determine usage. This
exception is reviewed at PropertyDataLabs' discretion and a refund is not guaranteed.

To request this review, [contact PropertyDataLabs support](/docs/help/contact-support) using the
email address associated with the account.

## Cloud Credit packs and other add-ons

Cloud Credit packs and other one-time add-ons are non-refundable. Purchased Cloud Credits do not
expire, so start with a smaller pack when the required export volume is uncertain.

## If a refund is missing or you need help

Allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to reach the original payment method. If
the refund has been approved but is still missing after that period, contact the bank or card
provider first because it controls the final processing time.

For an eligibility question, an error on the Billing page, or another unresolved billing issue,
[contact support](/docs/help/contact-support) before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.
