## Introduction

[Zillow Data Exporter](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/zillow-data-exporter/amgdkfaadejipgcjankdolopgcemolom) is a free tool that allows you to export property data from Zillow.

Version **3.0.5 is now available**. Since 3.0.4, we've added support for Solo Lifetime accounts, made Advanced single-listing exports more complete, corrected property-tax years, and added clearer download feedback and more accessible dialogs. Alongside the extension update, Advanced Cloud sold exports gain two price-history fields, and Cloud Importer and Aggregator runs receive reliability improvements.

## New: Solo Lifetime

**Solo Lifetime** is a new one-time purchase for one PropertyDataLabs account. It has no recurring license fee and includes:

* Unlimited browser Extension exports and the current personal Pro Extension features.
* Current personal Pro web features, including Cloud job access, export templates, Google Sheets delivery, and Extension export history.
* Agent API and MCP access for supported clients.
* Every future Extension update.

Pricing follows the number of completed licenses: the first 50 licenses are **$199** each, licenses 51 through 100 are **$249** each, and later licenses are **$299** each. The Pricing page shows the current stage and checkout amount before purchase.

Version 3.0.5 recognizes an active Solo Lifetime license inside the extension and displays the correct account name instead of presenting the account as a recurring Pro subscription.

The extension's upgrade screen now shows the Basic or Pro options that can unlock the requested feature. Eligible Free accounts also see Solo Lifetime as a separate one-time option, with Cloud credits clearly identified as a separate purchase.

Cloud processing is separate from browser Extension exports. Solo Lifetime includes no recurring Cloud credit allowance, so Cloud jobs still require separately purchased credits before they can run. Read [Solo Lifetime](/docs/subscription-plans/solo-lifetime) for the complete feature and billing details.

Solo Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within seven calendar days. A completed refund ends the lifetime entitlement without removing separately purchased Cloud credits or another independently valid account entitlement.

## New Advanced Cloud sold price-history fields

Advanced Cloud sold exports can now include two additional fields:

* **Latest pending sale price (USD)** — the public price attached to the most recent dated `Pending sale` event in Zillow's Advanced price history.
* **Latest contingent price (USD)** — the public price attached to the most recent dated `Contingent` event in Zillow's Advanced price history.

The two values are evaluated independently. A property can therefore contain one field, both fields, or neither field, depending on its price history.

These values are not the accepted offer, contract price, or final sale price. A field is left blank when a matching dated event or valid positive price is unavailable, and PropertyDataLabs does not substitute another price.

Both fields are available only for **Advanced Cloud sold exports**. Direct exports performed in the browser Extension do not include them. Existing export templates and older Extension versions remain compatible because the new selectors default to off when they are not present.

Read [Exported field statuses and changes](/docs/data-and-integrations/exported-field-lifecycle) for the exact availability and fallback rules.

## More complete single-listing exports

Zillow loads some property details only as you move through a listing page. Before opening the Advanced single-listing field selector, version 3.0.5 now prepares the listing by gradually loading the page, waiting for new details to settle, and then returning you to your original position.

The preparation dialog shows progress and includes a cancel option. The extension also captures listing details returned while the page loads and combines them with the data already available for that property. This fixes Advanced single-listing exports that could previously miss fields hidden behind Zillow's lazy loading.

Repeated clicks cannot start overlapping preparations. If preparation cannot finish, the extension still opens the export options so you can continue with the data that is available.

## Readable property-tax years

Advanced single-listing exports for **For sale** and **Sold** properties now show tax-history entries by calendar year instead of Zillow's raw timestamp. For example, an entry that previously began with `1759478942304` now begins with `2025`.

Multiple entries keep the same format, such as `2025: 2834.8 | 2024: 2953.45`. Missing or invalid dates appear as `N/A`, missing tax amounts remain `N/A`, and properties without tax history leave the field empty.

## Clearer local download results

CSV and Excel exports from For sale, For rent, Sold, and Saved Homes pages now use Chrome's download service and wait for Chrome to confirm that the file was saved.

The Zillow tab that started the export displays a success message only after the download completes. If Chrome interrupts or cannot save the file, the extension displays an error with a next step instead of reporting a successful export. Duplicate filenames are kept as separate files automatically.

## Clearer and more accessible extension dialogs

The login, export-limit, upgrade, Cloud credit-pack, and single-listing preparation dialogs now use consistent layouts and clearer headings. Upgrade screens show only the subscription options relevant to the feature you tried to open, while eligible Free accounts also receive the separate Solo Lifetime option.

Keyboard behavior is more predictable across these dialogs: focus moves into the open dialog, stays within it while you use Tab, closes with Escape, and returns to the control that opened it. The export and subscription dialogs also received updated spacing, colors, and button sizing for easier scanning.

## Clearer Cloud URL validation and startup failures

Cloud Importer and Aggregator URL fields now reject multiple Zillow search URLs pasted into a single field, with a clear instruction to enter one search URL per field. Links contained inside valid Zillow search filters remain supported.

Existing Cloud Importer jobs with an invalid URL are stopped before a scraping request is sent. Startup failures now retry their failure handling and, if those retries still fail, record the run as failed instead of leaving it in progress.

## Install

The extension is available for free on the [Chrome Web Store](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/zillow-data-exporter/amgdkfaadejipgcjankdolopgcemolom).

Chrome normally installs the update automatically. If your installed version is still older than **3.0.5**, follow the [update guide](/blog/how-to-update-zillow-data-exporter) to update it manually.
