# Service update: overnight Cloud job disruption

PropertyDataLabs is running again following disruption at Railway, our hosting provider. Some
Cloud jobs did not finish during the night of October 21–22. We're sorry for the interruption,
especially if you were relying on fresh data this morning.

## What happened?

Railway experienced a major platform outage and disclosed a security incident. In its
[announcement](https://blog.railway.com/p/security-disclosure-wednesday-october-21st), Railway
says it believes the incident is part of a recent series of attacks targeting platform companies.

We checked our logs and found **no evidence of unauthorized access to customer data**.

## What happens to affected jobs?

We reviewed the last 24 hours of job results and checked the saved schedules. All 10 affected
daily Cloud Importer jobs are still active and scheduled to run again during the night of
October 22–23. You do not need to recreate those schedules.

These will be fresh runs at their next scheduled times. The previous failed results will remain
in your job history; they will not turn into completed results automatically. One-off jobs do not
have an automatic next run.

## Where things stand now

Cloud Importer jobs have completed successfully today, and PropertyDataLabs is operating again.
Railway's wider incident is still ongoing at the time of this update. You can follow its latest
updates on the [Railway status page](https://status.railway.com/).

If a job is still failing, your results look incomplete, or you need help with a missed run,
please [contact support](mailto:support@propertydatalabs.com). Include the job link and we'll
help you check what happened.

Thank you for your patience.
