Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time, self-served with the click of a button in your account settings. No questions asked and no email needed. If you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. If you downgrade, you'll be credited on your next bill.
No. When you create an account, you are automatically subscribed to our Free plan, which allows you to test the core functionality. We recommend you get familiar with the extension on the Free plan and upgrade whenever you are ready to access more advanced features.
All subscription payments (including renewals) are fully refundable within 7 days of the purchase date. You can process the refund yourself directly from your billing dashboard by canceling your subscription and then clicking the 'Refund last payment' button. Please note that extra credit pack purchases are non-refundable.

The Chrome extension runs locally in your browser. You manually navigate to a Zillow page and click the export button to download a file. The Cloud Importer is a cloud-based tool that runs on our servers. You provide it with a Zillow search URL, and it does all the work for you automatically, saving the results to your account. This allows you to close your browser while it works and is ideal for larger, automated tasks.
Both are features of the Cloud Importer. Basic Export: Exports a standard set of data fields and costs 1 credit per page (~40 listings). Advanced Export: Exports a more extensive set of data fields and costs 1 credit per listing.
If a field is empty in your exported file, it is because that data was not available on the Zillow listing page. We extract all the data that Zillow provides for a given property, but we cannot guarantee that every field will be populated for every listing.
